CHDI is our integrated delivery model. Every outreach combines education, screening and commodity distribution across four pillars — so a single visit to a community addresses immediate needs while planting the seeds of long-term behavioural change.
Each outreach is planned with community leaders, delivered by trained volunteers, and followed up through local Community Health Ambassadors who keep education and support alive between visits.
